The Manor School of Fine Cuisine

Are you interested in learning more about how the way we eat can help us to better manage stress and become more emotionally resilient? If so, this is the course for you!

The Food for Thought course is a unique combination of cookery skills and stress management. This highly interactive day will enable you to develop your cookery skills and learn more about how food and the way we eat is intrinsically linked to our emotional wellbeing. You will learn how to reduce stress through eating well, develop a positive relationship with food, and place how and what we eat at the centre of our lives.

Food connects you to people
Food connects you to where you live
Food connects you to the world

The day will be run by Claire Tuttey of the Manor School of Fine Cuisine and Simon Chilton, a Mental Health Professional (and food enthusiast), who specialises in helping people to better understand and manage stress.

You will have the opportunity to learn more about;
What is stress?
Why is stress such a problem?
Stress and nutrition
What is our relationship with food?
