Men only cookery courses
Day Cookery Courses
Although men are always welcome on all courses, we have designed this course for “men only”. You need not attend all three courses nor is it a requirement to attend course one before course two, as everything is explained in full on all three days. The day starts at 10:00am and finishes at about 15:30pm, after lunch made up of the dishes covered on that day.

English Sunday lunch a traditional four course meal with canapés Menu
Pheasant and Brandy Terrine with Onion and Orange Relish and Walnut Bread
Roast Beef and Yorkshire puddings, claret gravy, cauliflower mornay, platter of seasonal vegetables
Boozy trifle and Squidgy Bramley apple pudding.

Spiced Fish Cakes with chilli sauce
Char grilled chicken on a bed risotto with asparagus roasted Romesco peppers
Chocolate and Grand Marnier truffle torte.
