At the French Living School of Cuisine in Blingel, France, we will be running a series of Day Cookery Courses.

This is a special Boning Course for Christmas to get your festive poultry and meats ready for the Christmas Season

Ballotines of chicken and lamb that you would never have dared tackle before are prepared step by step with some delicious stuffing and serving ideas. Guard of Honor and Crown Roasts, Spatchcock Chicken as well as any special requests. A great course perfecting your knife skills and getting the fridge and freezer stocked up for Christmas and New Year.
All meat and poultry prepared on the day is available for purchase at cost price.
