|For all secret chocoholics: Come out into the open and enjoy a day of pure indulgence cooking with chocolate. Double chocolate eclairs, chocolate roulade, chocolate meringue gateaux, chocolate and Grand Marnier truffle torte and hand made chocolates are amongst some of my favourites being covered.|
All equipment, produce, apron and refreshments are provided by the school. All weighing up / mise en place and washing up will also be done for you.

Master the delights of chocolate with a course at the Nottingham School of Cookery which will give you all the confidence to create chocolates, desserts and cakes like professionals.
Would you like to know how to make delicious desserts for dinner parties or how to make chocolate gifts for friends and family?
A fun seesion very hands on.
Tea, coffee and soft drinks served on arrival and throughout the sesion as well as canapes.

Thank you for hosting and instructing such an enjoyable and interesting day last Friday on The Chocolate Heaven Course.The venue is wonderful and it was the perfect setting for a relaxed ans sociable occasion.Thanks again – I will be using the recipes at home – and I hope to be able to take part in another course soon.
Just a quick note to thank you for a fabulous course. The family have all been tucking into the chocolate goodies that I came home with and I have not stopped eating too. Dare not go near the scales.
I will have no hesitation in recommending your courses to friends and family.
