For all secret chocoholics: Come out into the open and enjoy a day of pure indulgence cooking with chocolate.
Double chocolate eclairs, chocolate roulade, chocolate meringue gateaux, chocolate and Grand Marnier truffle torte and hand made chocolates are amongst some of my favourites being covered.
All equipment, produce, apron and refreshments are provided by the school. All weighing up / mise en place and washing up will also be done for you. Special dietary requirements catered for. Please advise on booking.
