Boning A Three Bird Roast
Half Day Cookery Course 65
The popularity of three bird roasts has risen hugely in recent years. A great dish for Christmas day as a delicious easy to serve main course, for Boxing Day Buffets served cold and New Year for a real treat. We will be boning and combining turkey, with other poultry or game of your choice (pheasant, chicken, guinea fowl and partridge) with great traditional stuffings as well as more adventurous ones.
You will be able to take your completed bird home weighed and with full instructions of how to cook it.
The cost of each bird is 7.80 /kg. All meats are provided by the school and will be of the finest quality and we will be using award winning local sausage meat. We will be guided by you on booking what sized turkey you would like to use. Arrival for a 10am start. Tea, coffee and soft drinks will be served on arrival and throughout the session. Departure is after lunch at about 2pm.
A recipe folio of the farces, stuffings and force meats will be provided as well as cookings instructions. All equipment and produce is provided by the school and all washing up done for you !
